PROCESSING TIME

You can expect your order to be processed within approximately 5 business days.  Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays.  If you need faster service please contact us in advance of your order and we will make every effort to meet your needs.

ORDER STATUS

We will make every effort to keep you up-to-date about your order and to inform you of any delays.  Typically we will use  email but may try to contact you by phone if there is a question regarding you order.

RETURNS AND REFUND INFORMATION

All items, unless noted, may be returned within 30 days from the original invoice date.  Returns should be prearranged by contacting us via phone, email, or fax and we will reply with a return authorization.  Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.  Refunds will be made by check or credited to your credit card at our discretion.

WARRANTIES

Products sold by E J and COMPANY are not manufactured by E J and COMPANY.  Products may, however, be covered by each manufacturer's warranty, service, and support policy ( if any ).  E J and COMPANY assigns and passes through to the customer any warranty of the manufacturer, and customer acknowledges that it shall have recourse only under such warranties and only as against the manufacturer of the products
